KTM X-Bow Cup USA Single-weekend & Three-Race Weekend Packages

The KTM X-BOW Cup USA has launched in the Americas for the very first time! This one-make, highly competitive racing series comes across the pond, landing in a new home at Sonoma Raceway. Four weekends of racing, 16 races in total make up the full Championship. With results from the best 3 weekends making up a driver’s championship standing.

This is the second round of races and drivers have the choice between a single-weekend package for $9,950 or a three-race weekend package for $28,495. The second round of races happens from October 18th to the 20th.

This weekend the class will be supported by the addition of a full parts store/trailer for the KTM fleet to provide manufacturer scale support and keep all cars in as new condition. However, if the first weekend is anything to go by, this will be a lonely place as we had zero incidents in the entire 4 race weekend. The X-Bow platform is proving a phenomenal platform for drivers looking for a safer more modern manner to enter the world of racing.

Performance Driving Stages 1 & 2

From Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, drivers can enjoy stages 1 & 2 of Performance Driving classes.

In Stage 1, drivers undergo a specially-developed combination of classroom instruction and in-car exercises to help participants understand the full capabilities of their vehicles. And then it’s onto Sonoma Raceway’s world-famous 2.52-mile race track, where drivers, bolstered by the expert feedback of our skilled instructors, will discover exactly what they and their cars can do! Completion of Stage 1 graduates trainees to Stage 2.

In Stage 2, drivers will learn skid-pad car-control exercise, plus they’ll have four 25-minute track-lapping sessions; the first two of which will be in a lead-follow format to help students acclimatize to the world-famous track. After that, it’s time to go solo, with two open-lapping sessions allowing drivers to demonstrate their capabilities. Once back in the classroom, participants will receive targeted and detailed feedback on their performances, with our expert instructors suggesting areas of improvement and next steps.

Stage 1 costs $495, and Stage 2 costs $595.
