The Simraceway Performance Driving Center is a leading racing school with world-class instructors operating from a state-of-the-art facility at the finest road course in America, Sonoma Raceway. We are currently looking for dynamic, outgoing and meticulous individuals to add to our Driver Concierge team. The Driver Concierge is the face of our growing company with the majority of their time spent connecting with customers, ensuring a positive experience from first contact to the conclusion of the driver’s experience.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Promote professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications

- Provide information through Livechat system during regular business hours, nights and weekends as needed

- Provide information by phone during regular business hours, nights and weekends as needed

- Answer visitors' enquiries about company products and services

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements as needed

- Guest registration

- Process gift card orders

- Promote positive customer experience

- Assist clients with travel recommendations

- Assist with the planning and setup of private events

Job Requirements:

- Excellent Customer Service & greeting skills (2-3 yrs Hospitality Experience)

- Event planning experience a plus!
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Telephone Etiquette
- Problem Solving and organizational skills
- Must be a team player & able to multitask
- College graduate preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must have Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record required)
- Must be punctual, flexible and reliable

- Ability to work weekends
- Positive attitude
- Perform other duties as required
